History

Legend has it that in ancient times, one day a gourd fell from the sky, and after it was split, a pair of men and women walked out of the gourd. The descendants of this pair of men and women are the Bunon people today. Another legend says that there were two caves in ancient times. Naihai bugs made the feces into the shape of a ball, and then poured them into the two caves. A man appeared in one of the caves, and a woman appeared in the other. Become a husband and wife, and giving birth to their children who become the ancestors of various communities.

It has the educational significance of a strong spirit of unity, which symbolizes shooting the enemy's head outside and unity and friendship at home. Therefore, the ear-shooting sacrifice is not only a religious sacrifice, but also has social, educational, economic and political functions.
